Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Juern Technology, LLC, located at 2546 MacArthur View, San Antonio, TX 78217 (“7tech” or “Sponsor”). Questions: (844) 701-6777 or [email protected].

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on July 3, 2026 and all entries must be submitted or postmarked by 11:59 PM Central Time on October 30, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of 7tech and the immediate family members and members of the same household of those employees are not eligible. “Immediate family members” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses. The Promotion is void outside of Texas and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Entering does not require becoming a 7tech client, and the referred business is not required to purchase anything for the Referrer to receive entries. A free alternative method of entry that does not require submitting a referral is available under Section 6.

5. How to Earn Entries by Referral

A participant (“Referrer”) earns entries by submitting qualified business referrals to 7tech during the Promotion Period.

• One (1) entry is awarded for each qualified referral submitted.
• Five (5) additional entries are awarded when a referred business completes a qualifying consultation with 7tech during the Promotion Period. A qualifying consultation means a completed, scheduled discovery meeting with 7tech that lasts long enough for 7tech to conduct its standard business assessment.

Referrals may be submitted online at 7tech.com/backyard-legend, by replying to a campaign communication with the referred business name, contact, and context, or by another method designated by Sponsor. There is no limit on the number of qualified referrals a Referrer may submit. At entry, each Referrer will be asked to provide a name, company name, email address, and phone number. When a referred business completes a qualifying consultation with 7tech, the Referrer will be asked to provide a mailing address. Sponsor uses this information to administer the Promotion, contact entrants, and deliver the prize.

6. Alternative Method of Entry (No Referral Required)

No referral is necessary to enter or win. To enter without submitting a referral, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3×5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Juern Technology, LLC, Attn: The Backyard Legend Giveaway – Alternative Entry, 2546 MacArthur View, San Antonio, TX 78217.

Each mail-in entry received earns one (1) entry into the random drawing. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 30, 2026 and received by November 6, 2026. Limit one entry per outer envelope; each entry must be mailed separately and hand-printed by the entrant. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Mail-in entrants must meet all eligibility requirements in Section 3. Entries submitted through this alternative method have the same chance of being selected in the drawing, per entry, as entries earned by referral.

7. What Qualifies as a Referral

A “qualified referral” is a business that:

• operates in Texas or has meaningful Texas operations;
• has 25 or more employees;
• is not already known to Sponsor through an existing sales opportunity, customer relationship, active marketing engagement, or prior referral;
• is identified with sufficient contact information for Sponsor to reach it; and
• is reasonably determined by Sponsor to be an appropriate prospective customer.

Sponsor determines referral qualification and Promotion eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion. If multiple participants refer the same business, only the first qualified referral received by Sponsor will receive entries. Self-referrals and referrals submitted without the apparent knowledge or interest of the referred business may be disqualified. Sponsor may request additional information to verify eligibility or referral qualification before awarding entries.

8. Referred Business Information and Consent

By submitting a referral, the Referrer represents that the information provided is accurate and that the Referrer has a good-faith basis to believe the referred business would welcome contact from 7tech. Referrers should submit business contact information only and should not submit sensitive personal information. Submitted information will be used solely for the purposes described in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor will contact referred businesses professionally, and referred businesses may opt out of future communications at any time. Any follow-up communications sent by email or text message will comply with applicable federal marketing laws. A referred business is under no obligation to respond, meet, or purchase.

9. Entry Errors

Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated referral information supplied by participants. Entries that contain insufficient information to identify or contact the referred business may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor’s records regarding entries are final in the event of any dispute.

10. Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded: a backyard package with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $5,000, consisting of:

• Traeger Ironwood XL pellet grill and smoker
• 27-inch Solo Stove smokeless fire pit
• $600 in ribeyes from 6666 Ranch
• An oversized Yeti cooler
• A John Boos walnut cutting block
• A Meater Pro Duo thermometer
• A Wüsthof Classic chef’s knife

Specific brands, models, and quantities may vary based on availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty beyond any manufacturer’s warranty. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may, in its discretion, provide a cash or other substitute. The prize will generally be delivered within 60 days after winner verification. The brand names and trademarks of the prize components, including Traeger, Solo Stove, 6666 Ranch, Yeti, John Boos, Meater, and Wüsthof, are the property of their respective owners. Those owners are not affiliated with, and do not sponsor, endorse, or administer, this Promotion.

11. Charitable Donation Alternative

If the winner is unable to accept the prize, the winner may elect, where permitted, to have Sponsor make a charitable donation of equivalent value to a qualified charity selected by Sponsor in lieu of the prize.

12. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

13. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about November 16, 2026. The winner will be notified by email and phone, and by mail where a mailing address is available, using the contact information associated with the entry, within three (3) business days of the drawing.

The potential winner will be required, if requested by Sponsor, to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, declines the prize, fails to return required documents on time, is found ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

14. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC, or any successor reporting form required by applicable law, for the value of the prize. The winner must provide any tax documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor, including a valid Social Security number or tax identification number, before the prize is awarded. Sponsor may withhold prize delivery until all required tax documentation has been received.

15. Publicity Release

By entering, each entrant consents, except where prohibited by law, to Sponsor’s use of the entrant’s name, city and state of residence, and any content the entrant submits, for purposes of administering and promoting the Promotion, without additional compensation.

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner grants Sponsor a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable right, except where prohibited by law, to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, voice, photograph, image, likeness, video, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in all media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, review, approval, or notification. This includes use in social media posts, graphics, animations or GIFs, website content, email, and printed materials that announce or promote the Promotion and its winner. The winner will, if requested, sign a separate publicity release confirming this permission. This permission survives the end of the Promotion.

16. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, including if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may void any entries obtained through fraud, automated means, fake identities, multiple accounts, or any other attempt to manipulate the Promotion.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for any technical, network, or human error affecting entry or administration. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Force Majeure

Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, and internet or utility outages.

18. No Agency

Participation in the Promotion does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or contractor relationship between any participant and Sponsor. No participant may represent that they act on behalf of Sponsor.

19. Release of Liability

By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

20. Privacy

Information collected from entrants and referred businesses is used to administer the Promotion and is handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.7tech.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, you consent to such use.

21. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration will take place in Bexar County, Texas, and judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

All disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. Each entrant waives any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action relating to the Promotion. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision in this Section will be void.

22. Winner Information

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Juern Technology, LLC, 2546 MacArthur View, San Antonio, TX 78217, Attn: The Backyard Legend Giveaway, by January 15, 2027.

23. Void Where Prohibited

This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
